Returns

Extreme Customs will accept returns on unmounted, unused product(s) within 30 days of the date they were delivered. Please include all original items in your return shipment as incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, to and from, Extreme and/or Extreme's vendors. There will be a 20% restocking fee unless there was a prior arrangement with Extreme. The buyer MUST receive an RMA number from Extreme prior to shipping the product(s) back to Extreme. If the buyer doesn't receive an RMA number, Extreme and/or it's vendors will refuse the shipment(s) and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.






IMPORTANT: Please only submit your return request ONCE! Duplicate requests can cause your return process to take longer. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your request and send you a RMA number with further instructions.
